The Bigger the Problem, The Better

by Martin Neumann on July 9, 2006

With each e-book topic you want to look at the problems that can arise within that niche, and write exclusively about solving one or more of those problems. The bigger the problem, the better.

Why?

People looking for a solution are impulse buyers. They don’t need a lot of hand-holding or smooth talking. They just want the problem solved. So your job isn’t to explain like an encyclopedia. It’s to solve a desperate problem. Do that, and you’ll almost always have a demand.

And that folks, is it in a nutshell.
